Pizza Rolls

We love pizza in our house (who doesn’t?) but I love this portable option that can stay warm. I batch cook these, freeze them (freeze them individually then pop them into a Ziploc so they don’t all stick together), and they’re there for lunches. I warm them up, stick them in a thermos, pack a little sauce on the side, and it’s a warm and delicious lunch.

These are so easy to make and you can absolutely take shortcuts from the grocery store. You can make this easy & fast using all store bought ingredients or take your time and make your own pizza dough. I usually have no time so store bought dough works perfectly for me. You can add in all your favorite pizza toppings or just keep it simple with some gooey cheese.
